Ashland
All Ashland County tax clinics will take place at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. The appointment number is 419-281-8001. Richland
All RichlandCounty tax clinics will take place at The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging. The appointment number is 419-522-4636.
