Homeowners behind in mortgage payments or receiving unemployment benefits could be eligible to receive help from ESOP, a non-profit, HUD-certified counseling agency. Answers and applications will be available at a free foreclosure prevention workshop at 5:30 p.m. Thursday (5/19) at the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library. An ESOP expert and computer lab clerk will guide participants through the online application process.
