Hello from the big OBB conference in Columbus! Today we learned about Ohio's state budget, the finer details of the SNAP program, and how to recruit and keep volunteers happy, among many other useful programs.

Self-serve benefits! Of course, it does not have the human element brought by a counselor who can answer questions and help explain the process after the application is turned in, but it is a useful tool for the anti-poverty toolbox.
