ESOP (Empowering and Strengthening Ohio's People) is a local US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) counseling agency currently processing applications for Restoring Stability - a federal foreclosure prevention program that offers homeowners up to $15,000 in free mortgage assistance. Each workshop participant will have a laptop with Internet access and ESOP's guidance through the application process.
