Would you like a medical screening but do not have insurance?
Medworks is partnering with Neighborhood Family Practice to provide free medical screenings as well as women's healthcare and nutrition education!
The event will take place on Saturday, June 11th from 8am-6pm. It will be held at Neighbordhhod Family Practice's main office located at 3569 Ridge Rd, Cleveland OH, 44102.
Walk-ins will be accepted on a first come first serve basis based on appointment schedule but appointments are highly recommended. To make an appointment call 216-231-5350.
The OBB Mobile Van will be here for the event filing applications and doing eligibilty screenings!
Information about the July Medworks Vision Clinic at Quicken Loans Arena will be available in the coming weeks.
